About Me
Hi, I’m Mayley! I’m an illustrator and designer with an interest in visual development. My approach to worldbuilding aims to reflect the human experience in all of its heartwarming, confusing, and full-circle moments. My experience as an educator and (former) child myself is a major influence on why I want to be part of creating complex stories on screen. Expanding opportunities for intersectional minorities to see themselves represented with diverse, complex experiences.
I love exploring as many applications of art as I can. I’ve designed digital marketing campaigns, board games, and community artworks that help fuel my interest in urban studies and place-based art.
Outside of art, my interests include weightlifting, flicking through international radio channels, spending time in nature, and tabletop roleplay games. You can find me on the beach from sunrise to sunset, or you can find me online @mmeeples or reach out to mayleymorena@gmail.com
